Labelling obligation

The producer is obligated to mark each lighter with the following information:

• Identifier for a period no longer than 31 days, in which the lighter was produced.
• Identifier of the producer of the lighter, if it does not have a private identification. In that case it must have a special code or some other identifier, enabling the vendor of the lighter to find out the identity of the producer upon request.
