Obligation to produce supporting documents

Each shipping unit of the product must inclose a conformity certificate, or it must be sent in some other way to the distributor or seller to whom the product was sold or delivered. The certificate must contain the following data:

• Product conformity to European standard
• Name and address of producer
• Date of production for a period no longer than 31 days, in which the lighter was produced
• Address of place of manufacture
